Employment Application

By signing and submitting this application above to Western Drilling Co. LLC dba The Pump Company, I agree,

1. All hiring decisions are based on the company’s needs at the time the completed application is received, and any available job openings may be full time, part time, seasonal, permanent, or temporary.

2. My application will not be considered (or I may will be terminated if already hired) if the information I have provided is found to be false or incomplete in any way.

3. I authorize the company to verify my application information to evaluate my qualification for work with The Pump Company. My past employers are authorized and released from any liability or damages for furnishing any requested information.

4. My eligibility for employment and/or continued employment with the company is conditioned upon my meeting the job specific requirements and passing certain company required tests including substance screens at pre-hire, post-incident, random and for cause purposes as directed by the company and a physical medical examination to verify my “fit for duty” status to perform essential functions of the job being offered.

5. Submitting this application or any interview with the company does not constitute an employment contract or reasonable expectation of employment with the company.

6. Employment with the company is an ‘at-will’ relationship meaning that the company or the employee has the right to terminate at any time, with or without cause.
